Everybody complains that there is no sea in Brasília; however, take a quick look at our sky and you will see the sea. Our sea is the largest representation of what Brasilia is: Diversity. Our sea is not only blue, just like our people are not only from Brasília. You will meet people whose parents are from Minas Gerais, but were born in Rio de Janeiro. Coming to Brasilia means getting to know a little bit of every part of Brazil in only one city. This diversity contributes to Brasilia’s great number of cultural activities.
By day, you can ride your bike on Esplanada under the orange sea while enjoying the transcendental architecture of Niemeyer. There you can visit the National Museum and the Cathedral while taking beautiful photos of the monuments and the landscape.
By night, you can visit CCBB, the most popular cultural center of the city, which always has art exhibitions, incredible plays to watch and concerts. One of the greatest things about CCBB is that most of its events are for free. So, come and be part of Brasilia’s diversity and absorb all the culture that this amazing city can give you under the world’s most beautiful sea.
